My summer is over
School time is here!!!
Hopes and dreams abound,
At this time of year.
Faces are new- the pencils too,
Tomorrow starts with lots to do.
No one has yet fully realized the wealth of sympathy, kindness and generosity hidden in the soul of a child. The effort of every true educator should be to unlock that treasure. Emma Golmam

OHHH! I was so hoping you'd post today. I thought of you all day with all kinds of mixed emotions. I so LOVE the first day. I just know that your new babies went home bursting with excitement about their favorite new teacher and a sigh of relief as they realized that THIS was going to be SOME year!
